them. The Turtle business is growing and, more than any other factor, the
ability of Perm-A-Store’s authorized resellers to reach customers is to be
credited!

Complete either the authorized Wholesale or Dealer agreement form.
Note: “Wholesalers” sell only to dealers. If you sell directly to the
consumer of the Turtle products then please complete the “Dealer” agreement
form.

Complete the credit application form.
