Permastore introduced the first tape transport case in 1988 for the 3480 Tape Cartridge. We have been developing innovative solutions to tape storage and transportation ever since. Returns/Restocking Policy
If approved by the issuance of a "Return Authorization Number", products may be returned to Permastore for a refund, less a 20% restocking charge and only up to 45 days from receipt of goods. Returns must be freight prepaid. Returns must be received in a cardboard box. There are no returns on special order items. In order to return product please call the number below to receive an RA number for the return.
