Returns
We understand that returns happen and we will do our best to make the process go smoothly. Returns are allowed for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not allowed after 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must request a Return Authorization Number at turtles@turtlecase.com or Phone 763-230-3911.
Returns of special order items are not allowed. This includes:
- Safes
- Media Racks and Cabinets
Refunds: Once your return item is received, inspected and confirmed to be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to Perm-A-Store. Shipping costs for your original purchase are non-refundable.
